We're looking for a performance-driven creative strategist who can own our ad pipeline end-to-end — from crafting bold concepts to producing scroll-stopping content that drives real business results.

You won’t just build strategy — you’ll build the creative machine.

You’ll:

• Ideate, script, shoot, and edit videos optimized for performance
• Lead the creative testing process across Meta, TikTok, and more
• Build and run a scalable production workflow for 100+ assets/month
• Turn insights into creative that converts — fast

This isn't just a strategy role. It's a high-agency, high-ownership position where you'll drive real business outcomes.

You’ll sit at the heart of our marketing engine, working closely with the CMO, performance team, and freelance creators.

• Own creative strategy that drives performance growth+ execute full video production A to Z
• Develop and refine video scripts, storyboards, and shot lists
• Run shoots (solo or with talent) and deliver polished final edits
• Build and manage systems for creative testing, iteration, and scale
• Analyze ad performance and optimize content around CTR, CPA, ROAS
• Lead and collaborate with UGC creators + freelancers as needed
• Stay ahead of creative trends on TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and beyond

We're early-stage. The ceiling is high. You'll help shape the culture, output, and creative engine of WellyBox from the inside.

• Is a full-cycle video creator (script > shoot > edit > deliver)
• Is research-obsessed — and always testing, learning, iterating
• is curious about what works on Meta, TikTok, YouTube — and why
• Has strong instincts around storytelling, pacing, and emotional resonance
• Knows their way around video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci, etc.)
• A systems-first content builder: you create workflows, templates, and tools to help you move faster
• Uses AI tools to boost creative workflows and output
• Is a systems-builder who can handle scale (we’re talking 100+ assets/month)
• Can manage creators/talent with clarity, warmth, and results
