Job Description:

We are a team developing advanced technological solutions for hotel management and hospitality, serving thousands of hotel networks both locally and internationally. We are seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn Junior Technical Project Manager to join our team and lead cross-company projects with a direct impact on revenue and daily operations. This role requires product familiarity and collaboration with stakeholders across the entire organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, monitor and evaluate project progress and timelines, and adjust schedules and plans as needed to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates on project status to internal stakeholders and executive management.
• Engage in end-to-end implementation planning, including project management, risk and issue management, communication strategies, and organizational change initiatives.
• Utilize project management tools, such as Jira, to optimize project workflows and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate closely with Group managers, Team leads, technical leads, and other management personnel to ensure project and team alignment and synergy.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of hands-on experience as a technical project manager in the B2B SaaS industry or a related field.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets and using findings to drive decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using project management tools like JIRA or similar platforms.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills to effectively address complex challenges.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments, maintaining composure and delivering results.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams toward shared goals.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills to facilitate seamless collaboration and conflict resolution.
• Experience with SQL is an advantage.
