We are looking for a Full-Stack Team Leader to join a successful company located in the north of Israel.
Responsibilities:
-Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full-stack developers, ensuring high performance and professional growth
-Oversee the planning, development, and delivery of web-based applications from concept to deployment
-Maintain and improve existing codebases, ensuring best practices in coding and development processes
-Work with PHP frameworks to build scalable and maintainable backend systems
-Utilize WordPress to develop, customize, and maintain websites and web applications
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
- 3 years of experience managing development teams
- Knowledge and experience with WordPress
- Experience in PHP development and working with Laravel or CodeIgniter
