CRM Campaign Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing engaging email and SMS marketing campaigns to drive player engagement and retention within the exciting gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimize targeted email and SMS marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies and business objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, measure ROI, and optimize future campaigns.
• Utilize data and analytics tools to segment audiences and personalize messages for maximum impact.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to campaign delivery and platform integration.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities in the gaming and mobile marketing space.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Proven experience in developing and executing successful email and SMS marketing campaigns, ideally within the gaming industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Basic technical understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo), SMS gateways, and relevant marketing technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling and persuasive copy.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
