Night Shift Receptionist

Job Opportunity: Night Shift Hotel Clerk (Part-Time)

Location: INK Hotel, Tel Aviv

Shifts: 3 night shifts per week

We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Night Shift Clerk to join our front desk team. If you’re passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements:

• Fluent English – a must
• Hebrew and additional languages – an advantage
• High level of flexibility, reliability, and responsibility
• Ability to work during Shabbat and holidays
• Knowledge of Optima system – strong advantage
• Previous front desk or customer service experience – a plus

Responsibilities:

• Handling guest check-ins and check-outs
• Providing information and assistance to hotel guests
• Managing reservations and operating the Optima system
• Ensuring smooth night operations and reporting any issues to management
