Senior Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced and senior Product Manager to lead the development of our payment system. You will own the end-to-end user experience—working cross-functionally to ensure our customers have a seamless, secure, and reliable checkout and payment process.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prioritize high-value customer problems to ensure product alignment with business needs.

• Monitor and validate feature success, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.

• Work closely with R&D to determine technical implementation and execution roadmaps.

• Define, own, and design product features from start to finish

• Develop and manage project plans with clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with the Commercial team.

• Oversee project execution, tracking progress, adjusting plans as needed, and ensuring adherence to schedules.

• Drive product feature prioritization, ensuring focus on high-impact initiatives.

• Communicate effectively in English, managing relationships, negotiating expectations, and influencing stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Proven track record in product delivery, ensuring successful execution from development to production.
• Technical background or experience leading technical products (e.g., engineering, software development, or data-driven product management).
• Ability to manage customer conversations, understand their needs, and communicate the roadmapץ
• Background with ML\ LLM-based solutions - Advantage
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in a matrixed organization.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, able to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• Experience working with open-source projects, or decentralized systems - advantage.
