Responsibilities

• Oversee Weekly Activities: Manage the day-to-day activities of the ATE team, ensuring effective coordination with other departments.

• Planning Participation: Contribute to the annual and monthly department planning alongside the Engineering Manager.

• Design & Develop Test Plans: Create and develop test plans based on R&D requirements, including involvement in testability aspects for new products.

• Automated Test Development: Develop automated tests for production lines, hardware configurations, software configurations, and troubleshoot as needed.

• Documentation Management: Responsible for documentation, including technical instructions, SOW documents, ATP, and more.

• Test Tool Duplication: Oversee the entire process for duplicating test tools, including purchasing, assembly, testing, and releasing.

• Test Tool Development & Support: Take responsibility for the development and ongoing support of test tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or an experienced Electrical Practical Engineer.
• At least 6 years of experience in developing automated tests for production lines.
• 2+ years of experience leading and managing a small team.
• Proven experience in hardware design (OrCAD and Allegro preferred).
• Knowledge of software development using LABVIEW is a significant advantage.
