Financial Controller for a Publicly traded real estate company

Location: Tel Aviv (on-site)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join a dynamic and fast-paced finance team in a leading real estate company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of financial statements under IFRS and tax reports for multiple entities
• Collaborating with external auditors during audits and reviews
• Creating, managing, and analyzing business calculations for projects
• Addressing and resolving complex accounting issues
• Ongoing monitoring and control of supplier payments
• Managing daily banking operations
• Partnering with the bookkeeping team
• Leading ad-hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – post-internship
• Experience at one of the BIG 4 firms – advantage
• Previous experience auditing real estate companies –advantage
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS)
• Proven experience in preparing financial statements and tax reports
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel – mandatory
