Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Receptionist - Nights located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Receptionist will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, managing reservations, maintaining phone etiquette, and effectively communicating with guests during nighttime hours.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Experience with receptionist duties and managing reservations (Opera Cloud PMS)
• Proficient in phone etiquette
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
