Law Student

Global-e (Nasdaq: GLBE) is the world’s leading platform to enable and accelerate global, direct-to-consumer cross-border e-commerce growth. We make selling internationally as simple as selling domestically for hundreds of retailers and brands worldwide.

We are looking for a student to take part in our legal department as a Legal Counsel Assistant and to work closely with our commercial and corporate teams.

The position will report to the General Counsel but will be assigned to work closely with our senior members of the legal team

Responsibilities

• Support the functions of our corporate and commercial legal counsels on daily tasks
• Supporting the group companies’ business and compliance diligence work
• Supporting with legal research and drafting of legal documents, assessments, policies etc.
  
  

• Second -year LLB student (BA in Finance, Economics is Advantage)
• Excellent English
• Advanced MS Word and Excel
• Superior attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment
• Highest level of integrity
• Critical thinking, problem-solving and organizational skills
