Vice President Finance

QEDMA is a cutting-edge quantum computing company developing groundbreaking software solutions that accelerate quantum advantage. As we enter a new phase of growth, we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on VP of Finance to lead our financial operations and support the company’s long-term vision.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-moving deep-tech startup and play a key role in shaping our financial strategy, driving operational excellence, and supporting global expansion. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team, bringing financial insight and discipline to every aspect of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities 

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals 

- Build and oversee financial infrastructure, processes, and systems 

- Manage investor relations and support fundraising efforts 

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and tax requirements 

- Partner with R&D, operations, and go-to-market teams on budget management and growth planning 

- Provide strategic insights through financial modeling and data analysis 

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in high-growth tech or deep-tech companies 

- Experience in financial planning 

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and SaaS metrics 

- Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly strategic mindset 

- Experience working with international markets – a plus 

- CPA or MBA
