You’ll be joining a cool, tight-knit team based in Israel, working closely with even cooler international teams we co-manage abroad. We’re now looking for a visionary Financial Controller to join our leadership team and help shape our financial landscape as we continue to scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Optimize Financial Operations:

• Manage and improve affiliate payment processes, revenue tracking, and expense management.
• Ensure secure and efficient payment processing, working with PSPs and reconciling transactions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance profitability and streamline financial systems.

Drive Strategic Growth & Compliance:

• Develop and implement tax strategies to reduce liabilities while staying compliant with international regulations.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with legal and accounting teams to stay updated on tax and compliance changes.

Scale with Smart Financial Planning:

• Create scalable financial structures that support growth and international transactions.
• Evaluate the financial impact of launching new products and expanding affiliate partnerships.
• Develop forecasts, budgets, and financial strategies to align with business goals.

Lead the Finance Team & Collaborate Across Departments:

• Build and manage a high-performing finance team, mentoring team members and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Work closely with sales, operations, legal, and compliance teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Collaborate with data science teams to leverage insights for financial optimization.

Fraud Prevention & Risk Management:

• Implement fraud detection measures and monitor for unusual financial activities.
• Mitigate risks associated with affiliate partnerships and payment processing.

Recordkeeping & Communication:

• Maintain organized financial records for auditing and compliance purposes.
• Provide timely insights to stakeholders and ensure transparency across financial operations.

Who You Are:

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Financial Controller or senior financial leader, preferably in fintech, affiliate marketing, or high-growth digital businesses.
• Expertise in financial reporting, compliance, tax optimization, and affiliate payment structures.
• Strong understanding of digital revenue models and experience scaling fast-growing organizations.
• Proficient in reconciliation reports and tools like PowerBI or similar data analysis platforms.
• A hands-on, results-driven leader with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
