Key Account Manager

Co-Impact: The Partnership for a Breakthrough in Arab Employment,is a groundbreaking nonprofit organization aimed at dramatically increasing the number of Arabs working in the private sector in Israel. Our work is based on two key pillars: Empowering the private sector to take the lead towards a breakthrough in the full and adequate integration of the Arab population in employment, society and the Israeli economy.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to drive initiatives that foster inclusion and diversity within the business sector. This role involves leading organizational transformation processes, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring the seamless execution of impactful programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced frameworks and models to promote diversity and inclusion across corporate environments.
• Lead organizational change initiatives, helping businesses navigate transformation to improve workplace culture and fairness.
• Responsible for the development, execution, and evaluation of comprehensive DE&I work plans, ensuring measurable impact and continuous improvement.
• Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships, fostering collaboration while maintaining and strengthening existing relationships.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the business sector, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Managerial experience is mandatory, demonstrating leadership in high-level projects or organizational transformation.
• Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and Arabic.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a high level of initiative and the ability to work seamlessly across diverse teams and business functions.
