Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the creative direction of digital projects and marketing campaigns at our fast-growing creative agency. If you have the talent, vision, and expertise in storytelling, branding, and content creation in both Hebrew and English, this role is for you.

What’ll you do?

Creative Leadership & Innovation

• Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire innovative approaches to content creation, branding, and campaigns
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends to ensure content remains relevant and impactful

Strategy and Branding

• Develop and execute branding strategies for startups, brands, and enterprises
• Work closely with designers to ensure creative consistency across all assets

Content and Copywriting

• Write compelling copy and microcopy for websites, apps, social media, and more
• Develop content that aligns with brand voice, engages the target audience, and drives action

Social Media and Marketing Campaigns

• Plan, develop, and manage creative social media and digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn
• Analyze campaign performance, optimize content, and make data-driven adjustments to improve results

What You Bring?

Must-Have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field
• Proven ability to develop creative concepts and translate them into compelling content
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, with exceptional writing and storytelling skills
• Understanding of digital marketing trends and social media dynamics
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SEO and content strategy
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, and campaign analytics
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma
