Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Nesher. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, promoting customer satisfaction, providing information about products and services, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Experience with handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Ability to promote positive customer interactions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
