Marketing coordinator (Equity Incentive) - Part-time partner position, compensated with equity in the company, approx. 15 hours/week.

MindSway, the first debate platform that leverages the viral potential of live dialogues to reach the masses, with the goal of improving online discourse culture, is seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our pre-launch team.

This is an equity incentive opportunity, where you'll play a vital role in building and executing our go-to-market strategy for our innovative web and mobile platform.

MindSway is a new social platform that is revolutionizing the way people discuss online.

We do this through a uniquely accessible platform leveraging the huge viral potential of dialogues.

With our two basic core features, MindSway enables the creation of real influencers, new types of statistics, unique friendships, and more.

We're looking for someone who:

• Thrives in Community Engagement & Growth - You know how to embed yourself in online communities (Reddit, Discord, Facebook groups, X/Twitter Spaces, YouTube comment sections, etc.), engaging naturally with debate lovers and positioning MindSway as a valuable platform.
• Social Media & Content Savvy - You understand what drives engagement on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter/X. You can craft compelling posts, discussions, and debate-related content that resonates with our audience.
• American Market Expert: You possess a deep understanding of the American market and its nuances, allowing you to tailor campaigns for maximum impact.

Responsibilities:

• Integrating into Debate Communities – Actively participating in online debate groups to reach out debates communities leaders for collaborations. (Reddit, Discord, debate forums, social media, etc.), engaging in discussions, and positioning MindSway as a valuable platform for debate lovers.
• Building Relationships – Connecting with influential debaters, content creators, and moderators to spark interest and potential collaborations.
• Community Engagement & Evangelism – Driving organic awareness by introducing MindSway naturally into discussions, hosting small demo debates, and encouraging early adoption.
• Social Presence & Brand Positioning – Managing MindSway’s social media presence, sharing engaging content, and ensuring we’re a recognized name in the online debate space.
• Growth Strategy & Feedback Loop – Identifying where debate communities thrive, tailoring outreach efforts, and gathering insights to refine our messaging and product-market fit.

Skills:

• Influencer Marketing

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing
• Experience in building and managing influencer marketing campaigns - advantage
