Responsibilities

• Product development from concept to feasibility and prototyping, design.
• Performing detailed design, including drawings, calculations, etc.
• Lead changes in existing product designs and support production engineering with improvements and problem solving.
• Preparation, editing, and presentation of design reviews.
• Planning and performing experiments and tests in the R&D laboratory.
• Writing supporting procedures for transferring to production.
• Manage all mechanics related documentation.
  
  

• BSc degree in Mechanical engineering.
• MSc degree in Mechanical - an advantage.
  
  

• At least 5 years experience in developing new products and understanding development processes in their stages.
• Experience in SolidWorks - High-level expertise
• Experience solving mechanical engineering problems at the component and system level.
• Experience with Injection molding – an advantage.
• Experience in medical device companies - an advantage.
• Experience working with 3D printing systems – an advantage.
  
  

• Excellent design and development skills, from parts and sub-modules to final product and production support.
• Knowledge in all aspects of manufacturing tolerances.
• Skill at creating and maintaining accurate documentation of concepts, designs, drawings, and processes.
