We're looking for an experienced and talented Unity Team Leader to Join our growing team. As a Team Leader you will work in an energetic startup environment following Agile concepts and methodologies. You will lead an amazing team of engineers, working on unique challenges of scale and performance while keeping a fast pace of deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Unity developers.
• Be responsible for people's professional and personal growth & well being.
• Be responsible for the team's deliveries.
• Perform POCs for new technology and design concepts.
• Take a major part in our strategic growth as an R&D team - technology and process wise.
• Work closely with product managers, architects, tech leads and R&D managers on multiple sites world-wide.
  
  

• 4+ years of application design and development experience.
• 2+ years of Unity (C#) development experience, preferred mobile 2D games.
• 2+ years R&D management position.
• Strong communication skills with a proven record of leading and mentoring development teams.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience of client architecture and technologies.
• Ability to carry requirements from early phase to full implementation.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  
  

• Experience with mobile application development.
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
