Customer Success Junior – Maternity Leave Replacement

We’re a young, profitable high-tech company that developed a platform for building online reputation and collecting reviews in the medical field — and we’re looking for a Customer Success Junior with a can-do attitude who’s ready to grow with us as we expand globally.

About the Role:

Our Customer Success team is the face of the company to our clients – and a critical part of our success.

This role requires a unique combination of high-level service orientation, professionalism, technical aptitude, and the ability to understand client needs intuitively.

Our CS team takes full ownership of the relationship with existing clients, including onboarding, system implementation, client training, feature promotion, reducing churn, and providing excellent ongoing service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for client needs
• Deliver full onboarding and training for new clients
• Build and manage client profiles
• Proactively engage with clients to encourage feature usage
• Implement new features with existing clients
• Manage the company’s social media accounts
• Provide basic technical support
• Meet personal and team KPIs

Requirements:

• Previous phone-based customer service experience – Advantage
• Experience in the medical field – Advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – Required
• Proactive, people-oriented, energetic
• Availability for full-time work
