In this senior role, you will lead the entire Google Ads function—owning strategy, execution, team development, and performance optimization. You’ll work directly with clients, executives, and cross-functional teams to develop high-impact advertising campaigns that boost visibility, accelerate customer acquisition, and drive long-term revenue growth.

• Lead the strategy and execution of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max) across multiple clients and industries.
• Build and manage a high-performing paid media team, mentoring and scaling talent.
• Define KPIs, forecast performance, and set benchmarks for ROI and growth.
• Collaborate with creative, content, analytics, and SEO teams to ensure unified marketing execution.
• Analyze performance data and drive continuous optimization based on insights and testing.
• Oversee media budgets and ensure cost-efficiency at scale.
• Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and innovations in paid media.
• Present performance insights, strategic recommendations, and growth roadmaps to clients and stakeholders.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns.
• 2+ years in a leadership or senior strategic role in digital marketing.
• Strong expertise in performance marketing, funnel optimization, and audience targeting.
• Proven track record of managing teams and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
• Mastery of tools like Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Excel.
• Google Ads certification is required; other paid media certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Agency background or multi-client management experience preferred.
