🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Lead Operational Projects: Manage and execute high-impact projects that improve business performance.
• Optimize Processes: Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions across workflows.
• Oversee Compliance & KPIs: Monitor operations to ensure alignment with business standards and goals.
• Develop New Processes: Create and refine structures to improve day-to-day execution.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with stakeholders across departments to support smooth operations.
• Solve Problems Proactively: Identify operational challenges and drive strategic improvements.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years in business operations, project management, or process optimization – must
• Fluent English – reading & writing – must
• High-level proficiency in Google Sheets – including advanced formulas, automation, and dashboards
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects at once
• Great communication and collaboration skills
