The job includes:

• Managing the SYSTEM, Information Security, and SOC/Regulatory Audit teams; prioritizing tasks; managing critical systems and technological infrastructures.
• Working with critical systems (such as SentinelOne, OPSWAT, Guardicore, MailRelay, F5, Firewall, Switches, Nutanix, Accellion, SOC, AWS, Microsoft 365); daily monitoring of performance and system health.
• Ensuring the operational efficiency, security, and regulatory compliance of IT infrastructure.
• Identifying needs and aligning technical requirements with business stakeholders, translating them into practical technological solutions.
• Leading SOC audits, security processes, and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams and external vendors (as the main point of contact), solving complex problems, and ensuring uninterrupted service delivery with minimal disruptions.
• Managing and tracking IT infrastructure and service budgets, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring SLA compliance.
• Handling crisis events and system failures; coordinating across internal teams; conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

Position Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) – required.

Experience and Technical Knowledge:

• Proven 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management (preferably in the financial services or regulatory sector).
• Strong background in system administration, information security, and conducting regulatory audits (SOC, GDPR, etc.).
• Experience with systems such as SentinelOne, OPSWAT, Guardicore, MailRelay, F5, Firewall, Switches, Nutanix, Accellion, AWS, Microsoft 365 in a complex environment.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in monitoring and security management tools such as SentinelOne, OPSWAT, F5, Firewalls, and AWS.
• Experience in managing regulatory compliance (SOC, GDPR, etc.).
• Experience in system mapping and managing inter-system relationships within an organization.
