Job Role:

Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to create product documentation
Write and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements
Independently gather and research information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, API documentation, installation manuals, release notes
Handle multiple projects for different products simultaneously under very tight deadlines
Retail knowledge an advantage

Requirements:

10+ years of experience writing technical documentation for complex software products
Technical Communicators certificate (Mandatory)
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Mother tongue English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail
Experience with Agile methodologies using tools, such as Jira.
Experience using XML and Markdown tools to create documentation (VSCODE)
Experience with HTML5.
Microsoft Office Word (Word, PPT, EXCEL)-Power Word skills required
Experience with Github an advantage
