Real Estate Attorney at Leading Israeli Law Firm

Our boutique law firm in Herzliya specializing in real estate financing and tender law is seeking an experienced attorney to join our growing team of 6 lawyers.

About Us:

We provide comprehensive legal services in two main practice areas:

• Real Estate and Real Estate Financing (representing major lending institutions providing loans to contractors and developers)
• Tender Law (drafting tenders for various public entities across multiple sectors)

The Role:

We're looking for a senior attorney with significant experience in real estate law, preferably with expertise in real estate financing transactions.

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate law
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage complex transactions independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities
• Fluency in Hebrew and English

Work Arrangement:

• Full-time position based in our Herzliya office
