We are seeking a talented and dedicated Scrum Master with strong technical orientation to join our dynamic R&D department. This is a unique opportunity to lead Agile processes, coach development teams, and collaborate with product managers and stakeholders across the organization to deliver high-quality digital solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Act as a servant leader for Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
• Coach and guide teams in Agile principles and best practices, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Product Owners to define, refine, and prioritize clear and actionable user stories.
• Identify and remove obstacles to ensure smooth and efficient sprint execution.
• Support the team in achieving technical excellence, promoting software development best practices.
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements into effective solutions.
• Coordinate and align deliverables with cross-functional teams including product, design, and business units.
• Track and report team performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in web and mobile digital environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams or projects simultaneously.
• Technical orientation: familiarity with web development, mobile apps, and software engineering processes.
• Experience in writing/refining user stories and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to foster team collaboration and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Advantage: Experience in startup or fast-paced tech environments.
• Advantage: BA in Industrial Engineering & Management or other technical fields (not mandatory).
