Automation Engineer

About the Role

At ai.work, we are redefining internal service and operations with an Agentic AI-first automation platform. As we scale, we need a hands-on Automation Engineer who can drive application quality assurance and releases content.

As the Automation Engineer, you'll work closely with our engineering team, Product Management, Designers, Solution Engineers, and when necessary, interface directly with customers.

• Design, implement, and maintain automated tests for the ai.work product
• Develop and improve test plans aligned with product efforts
• Collaborate with Engineering to encourage quality focus for new and existing features
• Triage bugs and prioritize quality efforts
• Act as quality owner for releases content

A brilliant, curious, and innovative Automation Engineer professional

• 3+ years of experience working as a Automation Engineer writing advanced test automation
• Proficiency in writing scalable and reusable E2E tests, preferably with Playwright
• Technical mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional end-user experiences
• Take ownership on release management while collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• Comfort using AI productivity tools as part of your daily workflows
• Organized, self-motivated, loyal, team player, and high-performing

• Good understanding of CI/CD processes
• Cloud understanding, AWS in particular
• Experience with complex, event-based systems
• Experience with databases, cache systems, and realtime applications
• React.js experience and front-end understanding
• Experience with stress testing and monitoring tools
• Understanding of testing AI, generative AI, and LLM products
