Transworld Logistics is Hiring! Marketing & Customer Relations Coordinator

Transworld Logistics is looking for a proactive and dynamic professional to support our pre-sales marketing and customer relations efforts. This role focuses on market segmentation, identifying business opportunities, and optimizing sales funnels while ensuring seamless Transition & Implementation (T&I) for new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales & Marketing:

Develop tailored marketing materials, newsletters, and customer updates.

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on targeted customer campaigns.

🔹 Customer Development & Retention:

Identify business opportunities and convert leads into sales.

Conduct proactive meetings with existing and potential clients to foster strong relationships.

Initiate outreach to potential clients and explore new marketing opportunities.

Perform market research and customer data analysis to enhance business processes.

Work closely with sales, development, and customer service teams.

🔹 Transition & Implementation (T&I):

Oversee and manage the onboarding and integration process for new customers.

Ensure seamless communication and coordination between clients and internal teams, systems, and workflows.

Monitor and optimize the transition process to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields – an advantage.

✔️ Fluent in Hebrew & English (spoken and written).

✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).

✔️ Experience with digital marketing tools – familiarity with Sales Navigator is a plus.

✔️ Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, sales, or customer service – an advantage.
