Hi! We’re PEAK, a headhunting and recruitment firm working with some of the most sought-after tech companies and startups in Israel (you might’ve heard of Apple, Mobileye, or...).
We’re looking for a technical recruiter to join us as the first recruiter in our newly established Outsourcing division. This is a unique opportunity to lay the foundation, shape the way we operate in this area, and grow with the role. The position offers real leadership potential and room to make a lasting impact.
What we're looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in tech recruitment – mandatory
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experience in outsourcing models – strong advantage
- Availability to work from our office in Ra’anana 4 days a week
