Position: Payroll Accountant & Bookkeeper

Location: Rosh HaAyin

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll Accountant & Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The role involves end-to-end bookkeeping and payroll responsibilities, ensuring accurate and timely financial records and salary processing.

Responsibilities:

1. Day-to-day bookkeeping, including vendor invoices, payments, and supplier reconciliations
2. Customer billing, aging reports, and account reconciliations
3. Bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
4. Handling payments, checks, and bank payment instructions
5. Monthly and annual reporting to authorities (VAT, Income Tax, National Insurance)
6. Full bookkeeping up to trial balance
7. Preparation of timesheet reports
8. Managing reports and payments to government authorities (e.g., tax, social security)
9. Overseeing pension and social benefits with insurance providers
10. Preparing termination documents (Form 161)

Requirements:

1. Certified Bookkeeper (Level 2 or above)
2. Certified Payroll Accountant with experience in payroll processing and payslip generation
3. Proven experience working with Priority or SAP
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
6. Excellent interpersonal skills
