Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include troubleshooting, resolving customer issues, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role also involves compiling feedback, working collaboratively with other teams, and using analytical skills to improve support processes.

• Customer Support and Technical Support skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction experience
• Analytical Skills for problem-solving and improving processes
• Excellent english written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely

• Experience with MS Power BI would be an advantage
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online (MS Dataverse)would be an advantage.
