As Director of Hardware Engineering, you will lead the development of innovative hardware products from concept to production. You’ll manage a multidisciplinary engineering team and oversee the design, prototyping, and integration of advanced hardware systems.
Job Responsibilities:
🔸Lead and grow the hardware engineering team
🔸Define and execute the hardware development roadmap
🔸Oversee the design, prototyping, and integration of embedded systems, sensors, displays, and power components
🔸Collaborate with software and product teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration
🔸Ensure compliance with industry standards and manage cost-effective development processes
Job Requirements:
🔸BSc or MSc in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field
🔸Proven experience leading hardware development teams
🔸Strong hands-on expertise in embedded systems and hardware prototyping
🔸Excellent communication and project management skills
🔸Experience in retail or IoT-related hardware – an advantage
