A global leader in the cosmetics industry, is seeking an experienced and strategic Legal Counsel to join its dynamic legal team. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, Global, this senior-level role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and manage contracts – Review, draft, negotiate, and oversee a broad range of commercial agreements.

✅ Advise senior leadership – Provide strategic legal guidance to executive management to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

✅ Shape legal strategy – Play a key role in defining and implementing the company’s legal policies and procedures.

✅ Oversee legal operations – Manage a small team of legal counsels and collaborate with external legal advisors.

✅ Ensure compliance – Monitor legal and regulatory developments, ensuring the company operates within the law.

✅ Support cross-functional teams – Work closely with different departments to address legal matters.

What We’re Looking For

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

✔ Law degree (LL.B/JD) from an accredited institution.

✔ Admission to the Bar (US Bar is an asset).

✔ 8+ years of legal experience, specializing in commercial agreements and intellectual property.

✔ Expertise in complex legal matters, risk mitigation, and contract negotiation.
