We are looking for an enthusiastic Video Editor to join our vibrant and innovative creative studio.

Responsibilities:

• Create tasks from A-Z (initial idea to execution)
• Edit and optimize high-performing video ads for paid media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Analyze performance data and iterate creatives based on A/B testing results and audience insights.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing managers to create engaging, on-brand content.
• Adapt video content to different ad formats and platforms while maintaining effectiveness.
• Stay ahead of trends in video advertising, creative strategies, and performance marketing best practices.

Qualifications:

• At least 4+ years of experience (not including studies) in video editing for performance marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing tools.
• Strong understanding of social media ad formats and what drives engagement.
• Analytical mindset with experience optimizing creatives based on performance data.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
