Health And Safety Manager

Role Description

An international corporate is looking for an H&S manager to lead the safety department at one of the company's sites located in Haifa's area.

Main Responsibilities

• Overseeing health and safety protocols and implementing a safety culture.
• Supervise compliance with safety standards in the site's daily operations.
• Conduct safety training for employees and managers.
• Identify, report, and address safety hazards and submitting required reports.
• Close collaboration with site's management to promote safety goals.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of experience as a safety officer in industrial companies.
• Certified Safety Officer or Safety Engineer - a must!
• Experienced in developing and implementing safety protocols
• Familiar with international safety standards
• Experienced with industrial environments, preferably from global corporates.
• Ability to work closely with senior management
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Full proficiency in English, a must.
