We are hiring a Support Center Representative for a medical organization in the center of Israel.

Responsibilities:

-Provide technical support and assistance to end users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues efficiently

-Work with Office and Windows systems, ensuring seamless user experience

-Provide service in a call center environment, adhering to shift schedules

Requirements:

1 year of experience as a support center representative
1 year of experience working with Office and Windows systems
Affinity for the IT and service field, with the ability to lead a conversation
Willingness to work in shifts at a call center
Previous experience in technical support or service - an advantage
