Mogogo specializes in the design, development, and sales of innovative furniture systems for food & beverage presentation in the global hospitality market.

Mogogo is looking for a highly organized and people-oriented Senior Project & Design Manager to join our growing team. This is a cross-functional leadership role focused on managing projects, timelines, and communicationbetween the design, logistics, and marketing departments.

We’re seeking someone with an industrial design background who prefers to lead from a broader perspective — ensuring alignment, structure, and smooth execution — rather than being directly involved in product design.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage timelines, priorities, and resources across design, logistics, and marketing
• Serve as the key liaison between the design team and other departments
• Coordinate and track progress of multiple projects simultaneously
• Ensure timely execution of product launches, photoshoots, catalogs, and trade shows
• Lead project planning meetings, follow up on action items, and resolve roadblocks
• Support operational optimization using ERP and project management tools
• Oversee team workflows and maintain clear communication channels
• Contribute to office organization, internal communications, and team culture

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Design – required
• 5+ years of experience in project or operations management within a design-oriented company
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proven ability to coordinate between departments and manage cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in project tracking and planning tools (e.g., Trello, Monday, Asana)
• Solid understanding of product workflows and supply chain operations
• Basic proficiency in 3D/graphic tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Adobe Suite) – an advantage, but not the core focus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset
