What will you be doing?

• Providing professional and courteous customer support via phone, email, and chat

• Assisting customers through the credit application process and understanding their needs

• Resolving issues efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Collaborating with internal teams such as Credit, Operations, Risk and Tech

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service – required

• Preference for experience in customer service within a financial institution (banks, credit companies, institutional bodies)

• Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM systems – an advantage

• Fluent in both Hebrew and English – required

• Excellent communication skills, patience, and a service-oriented mindset

• Availability for full-time work (hybrid work model possible after onboarding)
