What will you be doing?
- Providing professional and courteous customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assisting customers through the credit application process and understanding their needs
- Resolving issues efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams such as Credit, Operations, Risk and Tech
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service – required
- Preference for experience in customer service within a financial institution (banks, credit companies, institutional bodies)
- Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM systems – an advantage
- Fluent in both Hebrew and English – required
- Excellent communication skills, patience, and a service-oriented mindset
- Availability for full-time work (hybrid work model possible after onboarding)
