Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new restaurant and market partners - Engage with food businesses, non-food stores, build relationships, and present HAAT’s value proposition.
- Conduct sales meetings & negotiations - Pitch HAAT to potential partners, overcome objections, and close deals.
- Onboard new partners - Guide restaurants through the sign-up process, ensuring a seamless transition to our platform.
- Develop long-term relationships - Maintain and strengthen partnerships with existing clients to maximize their success.
- Collaborate with internal teams - Work closely with operations, marketing, and support teams to enhance partner experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets - Consistently meet sales KPIs and contribute to HAAT’s business growth.
Requirements
- :2+ years of field sales / B2B sales experience - required
- .Experience in restaurant, food delivery, or hospitality industry - preferred
- .Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven sales track record
- .Ability to work independently while staying aligned with company objectives
- .Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- .High energy, persistence, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- .Fluent in Hebrew; English proficiency - an advantage
- .Valid driver’s license - require
