About The Role As a Sales Coordinator (TC), you will play a vital role in facilitating end-to-end transaction management for real estate deals. Acting as the central point between sellers, buyers, title companies, and internal teams, you will ensure smooth and efficient execution of property transactions while providing excellent customer serv

ice.This role requires the ability to handle multiple responsibilities under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and manage communications across multiple stakeholders. With a direct impact on the company’s success.

Qualifications:

• Fluent English at a native or near-native level.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, customer service, or transaction coordination.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on creative and effective solutions.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools and workflow systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and confidence with clients.

Working Conditions:

Location: Hamelacha st, Tel Aviv

Working days: Monday-Friday Hybrid, Friday from home

Working hours: 16:00-01:00
