Product UX Designer

Based in Tel Aviv, Lendlord is on a mission to empower landlords and property investors with an innovative platform to manage their real estate business and get financial solutions designed for them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand a product’s lifecycle from research through prototyping, design, and implementation 
• Collaborate with the engineering team to create product specs including UX designs aligned with the product roadmap. 
• Develop intuitive flows, prototypes, and high-quality visuals for our product interfaces.
• Simplify complex workflows to enhance user understanding and interaction.
• Gain deep expertise in our products, ensuring a seamless end-to-end user experience.
• Contribute to the development of a design system and style guide for our product.
• Engage closely with the engineering team to implement design concepts effectively.
• Generate user-centered design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate product functionality and aesthetics.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a product UX designer.
• Proficiency in Figma is essential.
• Strong project management and leadership skills, capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation of design ideas.
• Passion for staying abreast of design trends, emerging technologies, and industry innovations.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to translate user insights into actionable ideas, refining complex challenges into elegant solutions.
