Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Manager, located in Ashdod. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role also involves creating and executing marketing plans, conducting market research, managing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

Strong sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management
Marketing expertise, such as market research, campaign management, and strategic planning
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew; proficiency in English is an advantage
Ability to work on-site at our Ashdod location
Proven experience in the industrial cooling or related industry is a plus
Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
