About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary Platform & Infrastructure Director that will lead and grow a team of DevOps engineers, DBA and platform engineers, driving strategic initiatives that support scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure. You’ll oversee the design and management of cloud environments primarily AWS ensuring performance, cost optimization, and operational excellence through automation and Infrastructure-as-Code practices. You’ll work cross-functionally with product and engineering leadership to align platform capabilities with business goals, while also owning infrastructure security, observability, and cloud governance. This is a high-impact leadership position with broad responsibility for shaping the technical foundation that supports the company’s growth and innovation.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and scaling cloud infrastructure, with deep expertise in AWS services and DevOps practices.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Web Application Firewalls (WAF).
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams, with excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
• A passion for enabling developers with efficient systems and tools that drive innovation and operational reliability.
• Knowledge of databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, SQL Server), including performance optimization, scalability, and backup strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
