We invite you to join our own manufacturing in north Israel. By being Solaredge's Quality Engineer you will have the opportunity to build a full proof quality system to establish the high quality and reliability products that can assure the expected long life warranty of the products.

What will you be doing?

• Assess the production flows and Issue QCP and PFMEA
• Define and implement lean methods to monitor all factory related processes.
• Analyze data and lead over all cross organization improvements plan
• Lead Failure Analysis investigations, including implementing corrective and preventive actions across the organization.
• Address and improve supplier quality issues.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Quality, Materials, Chemistry or Industrial Engineering
• 3+ years of experience as Process/ Quality Engineer in an Electronics manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in quality monitoring, failure investigations, and implementing quality improvements.
• Strong problem-solving abilities using data-driven approach.
• Experience working collaboratively with engineering, operations, and software teams to drive successful product outcomes.
• Highly results- oriented, problem solver and team player.
• Quality certification such as CQE or CRE -advantage
• Familiarity with DOE and Statistical methods, JMP-advantage

• Good knowledge and practical experience with computing programs
