About the Role

We're looking for a passionate, charismatic, and hands-on Marketing & Program Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Israel—someone who genuinely cares about improving patients' lives. This person should be able to inspire, engage, and drive change with a proactive, impact-driven approach to marketing and community engagement.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing global Med-Tech company and play a key role in brand awareness, lead generation, and community engagement. You will work closely with sales, product, clinical, and global marketing teams to establish a strong market presence and drive the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute localized marketing strategies aligned with Pulsenmore’s global vision.
• Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns – including content creation, social media, influencer marketing, and paid media.
• Manage community engagement – build meaningful connections with users (expectant mothers), and inform product development.
• Support sales efforts with marketing assets, lead generation activities, and customer engagement programs.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, optimizing marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Manage projects – break down complex initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, media partners, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Build and optimize e-commerce operations, ensuring a seamless online customer journey.
• Plan and execute industry events and exhibitions – manage logistics, content, and partnerships.

Requirements

• 6+ years of marketing experience in Med-Tech, healthcare, wellness tech, or digital health (B2B & B2C).
• Native-level proficiency in Hebrew and English, with superb verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in social media and community management, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
• Strong project management skills – ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working directly with healthcare professionals, influencers, and end-users.
• Strong analytical skills – experience using data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global startup environment.
• 100% On-site position at our Ramat Gan office.
