Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineering Manager located in Israel. The Site Engineering Manager will be responsible for building the site and team from scratch, overseeing and managing engineering and maintenance tasks, ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of site facilities. Daily tasks include supervising engineering projects, managing maintenance activities, budgeting for engineering needs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role also involves practical problem-solving and ensuring that the site operates efficiently and safely on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Engineering Management and Maintenance Management in High Speed Telecom Systems
• Experience with System Engineering and Manufacturing processes
• Proficient in Project Management
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site full time
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in a similar managerial role for at least 5 years
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
