Production Engineer

Location: Caesarea (North district)

Scope: Full time (On site)

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering support to the entire production team, including training, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Writing Test documents, Assembly instructions & Drawings.
• Participating in the product development phases from product definition to mass production, providing significant and valuable input to the design, and participating in design reviews, prototype assembly and testing.
• Ownership of the entire ECO process.
• Jigs and tooling design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering - Must
• “Hands-on” and technical skills
• Experience in technical Drawings and dimensional tolerances - Must
• Experience with CAD - Must, Solidworks – Advantage
• Familiar with manufacturing technologies – CNC, Sheet metal, 3D printing, injection molding – Advantage
• Good social skills
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Good verbal and writing skills in English
• Quick learner
