AI Research Engineer – LLMs & Prompting

We are looking for an exceptional AI Research Engineer to join our team and help shape the next generation of intelligent systems. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of research and engineering, leveraging foundation models and developing advanced prompting strategies to solve real-world challenges.

You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing systems that enable rapid research iteration, exploring novel approaches in LLMs, and translating cutting-edge research into production-ready solutions.

What You’ll Do:

Build and optimize ML applications powered by foundation models

Research and develop prompting techniques to improve model performance and reliability

Contribute to research initiatives and influence technical directions

Design evaluation frameworks and benchmarking tools for LLM-based solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research outcomes into scalable products

Tackle ambiguous, open-ended problems in applied AI

What We’re Looking For:

4+ years of experience in AI research, machine learning engineering, or a related field

Strong software engineering background with Python

Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow

Practical experience with foundation models (e.g., LLMs) and prompt engineering

Ability to move seamlessly between research experimentation and production deployment

Strong problem-solving skills and independent thinking

Passion for applied AI research and real-world impact

Preferred: M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field
