Business Development Representative

A fast-growing global company in the AdTech industry, specializing in mobile apps, is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team.

This is a full-cycle sales role, focused on identifying new leads, initiating contact, managing the sales conversation, performing follow-ups, and closing deals – mainly for the global market.

What you’ll be doing:

• Research and identify potential leads using various outbound channels.
• Initiate first contact with prospects via phone, chat, and email.
• Lead the sales process end-to-end – from first outreach to deal closure.
• Conduct product pitches and manage follow-ups with potential clients.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with prospects and customers.
• Perform ongoing market research to spot trends, target segments, and new opportunities.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Full-time position | Rishon LeZion | 9:00–18:00
