Job Description

We are looking for a sharp, business-oriented Commercial Legal Counsel to join our team on a part-time basis (50%), hybrid position. This is a standalone role, reporting to the CFO, where you will provide legal guidance across a wide range of matters with a strong focus on commercial contracts, privacy, and general legal consulting.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to support strategic deals, maintain compliance with global regulations, and build scalable legal processes that enable our continued growth.

Who you are:

• Licensed attorney (Israel) with an LL.B and at least 5 years of relevant experience from a high-tech company or a high-tech department in a prominent law firm.
• Proven track record in drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial agreements, preferably in a SaaS/B2B environment.
• Solid understanding of global privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) and experience implementing them in a practical, business-friendly way.
• Fluency in English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance legal risks with company objectives.

What you'll do:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including subscription agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and partnership deals.
• Lead our privacy and data protection efforts, including reviewing DPAs, maintaining privacy policies, collaborating with our CISO and advising internal teams on privacy-related matters.
• Provide legal guidance to teams across Sales, Marketing, HR, Product, and Finance to support business objectives while managing legal risk.
• Monitor relevant legal developments (commercial, privacy, employment) and ensure company compliance.
• Help design and improve legal processes, templates, and policies to support a growing, global operation.
• Collaborate with external counsel on specialized matters as needed.
