Senior Marketing Manager

Terrific Digital is looking for a Marketing Lead with a strong performance orientation who’s ready to take their career to the next level: Managing paid campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including client communication and experience in B2B, Lead Generation, and Ecommerce.

We continue to attract amazing clients that are fun to work with, and we're looking for a dedicated team player to take full ownership of existing and new client campaigns. This includes:

• Client Management – Communicating via email, weekly meetings, and creating clear, simple reports that get the point across – no fluff, no buzzwords.
• Paid Campaign Management – Full responsibility for campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn – including setup, analysis, optimization, and strategy.
• Conversion Rate Optimization – Optimizing landing pages, messaging, and creatives based on different audiences and campaign types.
• Working with content and creative providers – Strategic planning and writing accurate briefs to create ads and landing pages that deliver results.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong understanding of B2B, Lead Gen, and Ecommerce – a must!
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple projects at once.
• High-level writing and communication skills in both English and Hebrew – for internal communications, client interactions, and developing marketing messaging for campaigns and landing pages.
• Strong strategic planning and briefing abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and conversion tracking.

• ניהול לקוחות – תקשורת במיילים, פגישות שבועיות, ויצירת דו"חות שמעבירים את המסר בצורה ברורה ופשוטה, בלי פלאף ודיבורים מיותרים.
• ניהול קמפיינים ממומנים – אחריות מלאה על קמפיינים בפייסבוק, טיקטוק ולינקדאין – כולל הקמה, ניתוח, אופטימיזציה, ואסטרטגיה.
• שיפור יחסי המרה – אופטימיזציה לדפי נחיתה, מסרים ומודעות לפי קהלים שונים וסוגי קמפיינים שונים.
• עבודה מול ספקי תוכן וקריאייטיב – תכנון אסטרטגי וכתיבת בריפים מדויקים כדי לייצר חומרים (מודעות ודפי נחיתה) שמביאים תוצאות.

דרישות התפקיד:

• ניסיון של 2 שנים לפחות במשרה דומה.
• הבנה עמוקה של עולמות ה־ליד ג'נריישן, איקומרס, וביטובי – חובה!
• סדר, יסודיות ויכולת לתפעל מספר פרויקטים במקביל.
• יכולת ניסוח גבוהה באנגלית ובעברית – כולל תקשורת בתוך הסוכנות, תקשורת עם לקוחות, וחשיבה על מסרים שיווקים לקמפיינים ודפי נחיתה.
• יכולת תכנון אסטרטגי וכתיבת בריפים מדויקים.
• כישורים אנליטיים חזקים וניסיון עם גוגל אנליטיקס, גוגל שיטס, לוקר סטודיו ומעקב המרות.
